After practically growing up within this beautiful church family, Kaiti was called to be an urban missionary with a Union Gospel Mission program called Serve Seattle. For the next nine months, Kaiti will be living with 24 other interns in an old converted monastery on Capitol Hill, discipling and being discipled.
For these nine months, Kaiti has the privilege of interning with World Relief Seattle – a non-profit organization that focuses on welcoming international refugees into community within the greater Seattle area. Specifically, Kaiti will be serving these resilient people as an ESL teacher – helping them apply the english language to their everyday lives. She is also so pleased and excited to be a cultural companion for a refugee family, and is so looking forward to sharing meals and life with them every week!
